General Provisions

Eligibility and Registration

2.2 One Account Rule
Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.
2.3 Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. We reserve the right to close accounts where false information has been provided. If you need to update your information, contact our support team immediately.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
Before processing a withdrawal or when certain limits are exceeded, we may ask you to complete an identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) process. Required documents may include:
- Scan copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used
- Photo of ID held alongside a selfie
Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC documents are complete. Verification is generally completed within 24 hours of document submission.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit
Payment methods currently supported on ag666: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount via any method is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to your own payment account.
4.3 Currency and Conversion
All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not supported.
4.4 Transaction Rejection
We reserve the right to reject or delay any deposit or withdrawal if a transaction appears suspicious, if there are money laundering concerns, or if KYC verification is incomplete.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. This means depositing ৳5,000 will bring your total balance to ৳15,000. This bonus applies once per account.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total wagers.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus expires within the specified period from the date it is claimed — each offer states its own expiry period.
- No other bonus may be claimed while one bonus is active.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
- If a bonus is misused or manipulated, it will be forfeited.
- Each promotion may have separate terms — please read the details before accepting an offer.
5.4 Cashback
VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit (see Section 7 for details). Cashback funds are withdrawable without any wagering requirement, though the minimum withdrawal limit applies.
Gameplay and Fair Play

6.1 Technical Errors
If a game is left incomplete or displays an incorrect result due to a server outage, network issue, or software error, we reserve the right to declare the game void and refund the wager. Claims for alleged winnings arising from technical errors will not be accepted.
6.2 Bet Cancellation
ag666 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any bet until the result of the actual event is confirmed, in cases of incorrect odds, data feed errors, or unconfirmed event outcomes. In such cases, the wager amount will be returned to the user's account.
VIP Program
The ag666 VIP Program has 5 tiers. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy special benefits:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP tier is determined based on your activity and contribution. Each tier comes with specific benefits, special offers, and priority support. Decisions regarding VIP tier changes are entirely at the discretion of ag666.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any of them are detected, the account will be closed and funds will be forfeited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Misuse or manipulation of the bonus system
- Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
- Using a third party's account or payment method
- Hacking, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using fraudulent software
- Colluding with other players to cheat
- Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform
- Assisting minors in opening accounts
- Registering using a fraudulent identity
Limitation of Liability
ag666 will not be liable under any circumstances for the following:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or failure of third-party services
- Losses caused by the user's own negligence or mistakes
- Losses resulting from the user sharing login credentials with a third party
- Service interruption due to changes in law or government directives
- Service disruption due to force majeure events
Our total liability will under no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by you during the relevant period.
Account Closure
10.1 At the User's Request
You may request account closure at any time via our live chat or email. Before closure, please ensure there are no pending withdrawals.
10.2 At the Platform's Initiative
We may close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Failure to complete KYC verification
- Order from a court or government authority
- Suspicion of money laundering
If an account is legitimately closed, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless it is necessary to withhold it for a legal reason.
